Accomodation Clause / Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application of these Terms)

Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded by this facility shall be governed by these terms, and matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by laws or generally established customs. In the event that this facility agrees to special agreements within the scope not contrary to laws and customs, such special agreements shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 (Refusal of Accommodation Acceptance)

This facility may refuse acceptance of accommodation in the following cases:

If a guest requests an extension of stay beyond the accommodation date specified in the third item of the preceding paragraph during their stay, only if there was no prior reservation at this facility, the request shall be treated as a new application for an accommodation contract when the facility accepts the application.

Article 4 (Formation of Accommodation Contract, etc.)

The accommodation contract shall be deemed concluded when this facility accepts the application as per the preceding article. However, depending on the accommodation plan, the contract may be deemed concluded after the application under the preceding article, upon confirmation of prepayment by this facility. It should be noted that this does not apply when it is proven that this facility did not accept the application.

The application fee shall first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest ultimately needs to pay, andin the of circumstances applying the provisions of Article 5, it shall be applied in the order of default penalty and then compensation. If there is a remaining balance, it will be refunded.

If the application fee specified in the preceding paragraph is not paid by the date specified by this facility under the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation application shall lose its effect.

Reservation acceptance is limited to the end of six months from the first day of each month.

Note

The percentage represents the ratio of the cancellation fee to the accommodation fee for the entire reserved stay. In case of a reduction in the number of reserved days, a fee will be charged based on the rate for one day (the first day), regardless of the shortened number of days.

Article 6 (Cancellation Right of Reservation)

Except as otherwise specified by this facility, the accommodation reservation may be canceled in the following cases:

Article 7 (Check-in/Check-out Time)

The time at which guests can check-in (Check-in Time) to this facility is from 3:00 PM, and the time at which guests must check-out (Check-out Time) is until 10:00 AM. Except when permitted by this facility, no extensions or delays are allowed after 10:00 AM. In the case of consecutive stays (2 days or more), guests can use the room all day, excluding the arrival and departure days. However, if room cleaning is necessary, room attendants may enter.

Article 8 (Payment of Fees)

Payment of fees shall be made by credit card settlement of the application fee (equivalent to accommodation fee) by the specified date or at the accommodation facility. Even if guests start using the room and choose not to stay voluntarily, the accommodation fee will still be charged.

Article 9 (Rules of Use)

Guests shall follow the rules of use established by this facility while within the premises.

Article 10 (Refusal of Continued Accommodation)

Even during the accepted accommodation period, this facility may refuse the continuation of accommodation in the following cases:

Article 11 (Responsibility of Accommodation)

The responsibility for accommodation at this facility begins when the guest registers for accommodation or enters the facility, whichever comes earlier, and ends when the guest leaves the facility to depart. In the event that this facility cannot provide the room to the guest, except in cases of force majeure or other difficult circumstances, for which the responsibility lies with this facility, the facility will arrange alternative accommodation at a similar cost for the guest. In the case of the above paragraph 2, this facility shall not be liable for compensation exceeding the accommodation fee.

Article 12 (Handling of Deposited Items)

This facility does not handle deposited items. For items or cash brought into the facility by guests and valuables, this facility cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, etc., unless intentionally or grossly negligent.

Article 13 (Storage of Baggage or Personal Items)

If this facility accepts and stores guests' baggage or belongings prior to accommodation, this facility shall not be responsible for loss, damage, or other harm unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence. After the guest has checked out, if the guest leaves behind baggage or personal items (including in-room safes), this facility will store them for seven days from the discovery date. Afterward, valuables will be handed over to the nearest police station, and other items will be disposed of.

Article 14 (Parking)

For facilities with parking spaces for guests, the time when guests can use the parking lot is from 2:30 PM on the check-in date to 10:30 AM on the check-out date.

Article 15 (Responsibility of Guests)

In the event that this facility incurs damages due to the intentional or negligent acts of a guest, the guest shall compensate this facility for the damages (including taking items out of this facility). This facility shall not be liable for any compensation or responsibility for damages if a guest violates the rules of use specified in Article 9, causing accidents or damage to third parties, or if a guest is harmed due to a violation.

Article 16 (Jurisdiction and Applicable Law)

All disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court having exclusive jurisdiction as the first-instance court.

Rules

To maintain the public and safety aspects of the facility, guests using this facility are required to follow the rules outlined below based on Article 9 of the Accommodation Agreement. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the refusal of continued accommodation according to Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement.

Do not use any devices, including fire-producing equipment, that could cause a fire within the facility. No smoking is allowed within the facility, garden, balcony, or all public roads. (Including electronic cigarettes.) In case of smoking or bringing in smoking-related items, a cleaning fee of ¥33,000 and damages will be charged. If complaints are received from neighboring residents, you may be asked to leave. Since the facility is a wooden structure located in a residential area, guests should avoid activities such as loud singing, making noise, or any behavior that may cause annoyance to neighbors. Do not bring the following items into the facility:
